Mature aged female, currently residing in a Safe House due to Domestic Violence. Our client has been hospitalized for Domestic Violence with broken fingers and chest damages. Client recovering slowly. As a result of her trauma the client fell behind with Storage Unit payments. Storage payments are necessary as all client personal items are held.

WestAus supported the client financially through WAASP brokerage funds paid toward storage facility. The client was extremely happy that her belongings were safe. This highlights the emotional well-being of the client at such a stressful time.

Housing Support Officer assisted client with outstanding water debt, referred client to St Vincent De Paul to access funds toward the bill and food support. WestAus also assisted with ongoing food support referral to foodbank whilst client dealing with storage facility debt.
